Corporate Membership

Becoming a member of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia can offer your company far more than simply attending our exciting programs. Council events offer unique opportunities for corporate members to get the most from their membership, and increase their visibility through event sponsorship. And corporate membership supports the World Affairs Council's Global Leadership programs, which reach 2,100 students in the area's public, private and parochial schools each year.

Through event sponsorship, corporate members enhance their marketing efforts, strengthen client relationships, and develop new business contacts. As event sponsors, companies can earmark their dollars to programs of their choice. Sponsors have the flexibility to tailor events to meet their special needs, and target the audience segments they want to reach.

Members at $40,000 and above (Chairman and Visionary) will receive a tailored package of benefits. Benefits typically include sponsorship of blockbuster events or a program series, invitations to private briefings and VIP receptions, etc. Corporate representatives are also invited to chair, moderate or take part in programs when appropriate.
