Links to Success Golf Outing — June 25, 2007

Waynesborough Country Club, Paoli

The Council held its Links to Success Golf Outing, benefiting our Excellence in Education programs, on Monday, June 25th at waynesborough Country Club in Paoli. The event featured Philadelphia Flyers' 'alum' Bernie Parent and Bob Kelly, among others. Members and guests played 18 holes of golf on one of the most challenging and exclusive courses in the area, participated in a "Beat the Pro" contest with Waynesborough's pro, and enjoyed luncheon, a cocktail reception and buffet dinner.

Winners of the various contests were:

Low gross foursome: Bill Sasso, Paul LaNoce, Kirk Wycoff, Jim Lynch
Low net foursome: Frank McBride, John Moerman, Nick Cerone, Chuck Bilder
Closest to pin: Bernie Parent
Longest putt: John Moerman

Winners of our raffle were:

Golf, lunch, and drinks at Philadelphia Cricket Club with former Council Chairman Walt D'Alessio: Ed Loughlin of SEI
Trip for two/two nights at destination of choice: Robert Schiller
Waynesborough pro shop gift certificate: Mark Aronchick of Hangley, Aronchick, Segal & Pudlin
