 Ambassador L. "Jerry" Paul Bremer, Administrator of the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq from 2003-2004, spoke to a capacity crowd at the Philadelphia Union League on Monday, January 23, 2006. Ambassador Bremer, a seasoned speaker, experienced diplomat and counter-terrorism expert with more than 40 years of service to the United States, spoke compellingly about his fourteen months in Iraq as head of the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA), and efforts to rebuild the devastated nation. |
